“Troy has helped us with several different issues with our vehicles. First was hail damage, he was very helpful in dealing with our insurance. He is very knowledgeable and transparent. Next was a broken side window and windshield replacement, they were completed remarkably fast. He even helped with a stuck side door issue that was left over by a previous Safelight repair. Then our truck had the back window blown out from the summer heat (crazy). Troy was able to find us an exact match for our vehicle and install in a matter of a couple days. Everything turned out great! Highly highly recommend.”

“Took my truck to Town and County Garage because the original owner did Business with my father in the 70s. Discovered that Ted was selling the business to Brad and Jennifer but would still be present at the shop for a time. Ok. No problem. Dropped off my truck for some repairs. Was told about what repairs were needed was very well informed of cost and time to get the work done. I told them no hurry it's just a truck that has some sentimental value but was not driven daily. They ended up having the truck for about 2 years which was fine with me. They took their time to get my truck fixed and never harassed me to pick it up or charged me a penny in storage fees. I have taken other vehicles there and never have been treated unfairly. I will continue to do business with them. They are good people. Thank you Brad and Jennifer for all you do for our community.”

“Todd was a lifesaver for us today. In the process of moving my daughter and her husband from Fort Riley Kansas to Fort Moore Alabama, I had a wheel bearing go out on my tandem axle enclosed trailer while passing through the St Louis area. The bearing was cooked and the trailer could not be moved from where we got stopped without extensive damage to the spindle. We had to continue our trip with as little delay as possible so we could make it to the closing on their home purchase on Monday. Todd answered the call immediately and showed up to help us within an hour of the call, on a Sunday morning! He determined the correct parts needed, picked them up and went to work. His work was quality and attentive to detail in a less than ideal environment, a bank parking lot. We arrived safely at our destination without any further trouble. I would highly recommend Todd for your mobile repair needs. And thanks to Matt at R&B Towing for the referral!”

Last year they did a quick and good job installing my rooftop a/c unit. Then I made the mistake of calling in Sparkle RV for something else and ended up firing that company after being strung along for over a month, being charged for work not done or not needed, not showing up and incompetence.

“Let me just say the men who work at this shop are heaven sent. We was in a bad situation with our tire popping in Missouri, and we was just passing through to go home to Colorado and we was stuck with no help or no way to get out the state with our tire being on a rim. We happened to find this shop and they didn’t give up on us and helped until we found a solution to get back on the road, they was nice and no complaining and the price was affordable and he was just so pleasant to my family!!! I really hope nothing but the best for the business because not a lot of people care and will go that extra mile. If YOU ARE IN NEED OF ANY PARTS DEFINITELY GIVE THEM A CALL YOU WONT BE SORRY!!!!”

He arrived promptly, repaired the airbag, and got me back on the road. His work was excellent, and the price was reasonable.
