first off, if I would have guessed that StL had a Chinese noodle chain, forget that. Zhanglala is absolutely delicious and is known for their salty gingery spicy noodle soups, with some awesome hand pulled noodles and really tasty tender meat! But to be honest, their fried rice is some of the best stuff I have had so far in St. Louis, and is definitely worth the order for a sick night or for a movie, or even with a friend. I had seen this on someone elses post on Instagram. I searched locations and none were near me so I forgot about it for a while. It wasnt until we were in St. Louis that I came across it again and I couldnt let the opportunity to try it pass me by.

My husband and I stopped in and it was and amazing atmosphere. A calm and relaxing place. Quiet enough to read a book. it had so many option fo pastries and savory treats. I had such a hard time choosing what I wanted to try because everything looked so good. I ended up picking a few items and my husband another few. Everything I ate was so flavorful and delicately crafted. I fell in love with this place and was sad to know it might be a long time before I could try it again since I live 7 hors away.

Or so I thought until about a week ago I found a location for Tous les Jours an hour and half away from me in Omaha NE 🥹 I was so excited and have plans to try this location in the next few days. Review for that one soon to come.
