“Today I went to your Academy Chesterfield Branch I am a Armed Forces Bank member , The employees were very nice, friendly and helpful, Jessie (Manager) is very knowledgeable and friendly, Amanda was spot on with her service and answered my questions with a smile , Maggie the Bank teller , had to help me because the ATM would not issue cash because of a servicing problem. Orlando greeted me with a smile and welcoming attitude and he was helpful in everything that I had a question about.

Carmel and her team went the extra ex tra length and effort to solve the problem. “Today was my first visit to this bank. They had advertised attractive CD and Money Market rates. I was immediately greeted when I entered the bank and directed to a Personal banker to discuss possibility of opening a new account. The Customer Service Representative was Jen F. She escorted me to her office for a private conversation. I appreciated that as I do not feel comfortable asking questions and discussing financial decisions at a Teller window! In fact, when I arrived there I was not sure that I would indeed open a new account as this was an unfamiliar Bank to me. Until I met Jen F. She was absolutely professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and actually "Kind"!!! Since this was my FIRST visit there, I spent over an hour with her and NEVER felt rushed. I was reassured that my new account was FDIC insured. The origin of the Bank was even explained to me. ALL of my questions were answered and any concerns I had initiating an account with a bank new to me were addressed. I am now a NEW customer of M1 Bank and very satisfied with my decision to open a new account there. By the way, since the building used to be a chocolate shop, they offer you chocolate candy and a complimentary cup of coffee or water! Very pleasant atmosphere. When I completed my business there, I left feeling like Jen and M1 Bank were no longer strangers!!!”

“Always a great service oriented staff regardless of the branch! Have used PNC for non-profit, personal, mortgage, checking and money market. Rates on savings, like other banks, are low and horrible, but the staff is creative to solve problems when I've needed to move money fast. In recent years, they've instituted more and more fees, but PNC has great fee free programs for credit worthy customers. Been with them for years, National City and Allegent before PNC, different branches and even in different states.”

“Staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed. Yesterday, I was at the bank when the tornado warnings were being issued. The manager allowed me to come into the back room with the staff members. We passed time by playing uno, and had a lot of fun during a scary situation. My banking transaction after the tornado watch was over was professional and quick. Great bank!”
