“We purchased out new furniture at the Valley Park location. We did use the design services, our consultant was Maria. Maria was AWESOME. She has great communication skills, very easy to talk to. Very polite, returns text messages promptly, and has excellent taste with furnishings. Maria also has a great sense of humor which made our shopping experience for new furniture fun. I highly recommend the design service, and especially Maria as the consultant.”

“We had an emergency with our adult son’s adjustable base on his bed. He currently is bed bound and depends on the base to perform daily functions. It stopped working last night. We stayed up till around 4 am trying to fix it, ultimately it was finished. This morning we called and spoke to Jake at Mattress Firm and what a pleasure it was. We are receiving a new base tomorrow morning. Every other place had 4 to 8 week shipping wait. We will definitely use them again. We appreciate all they did.”

“Superb service and honestly these guys know their stuff! Called and talked to Dean (presume the owner). He asked some questions about us, how we sleep, etc.. Recommended a Sealy Albany. Did some review checks and it has stellar reviews. Stopped by yesterday evening at 6, met Matt and he showed us the Albany and several others that were similar. Dean was right, the Albany was perfect. Pricing was about 45% less than Mattress Firm and 40% lower than any online retailer. Matt offered to deliver in an hour (I mean - amazing). So in a span of a couple of hours, we made a selection and had it in our bedroom ready for sleep. First night of sleep was absolutely A+.”
“I can see why this store is so highly reviewed! From past experience, purchasing a mattress can be really difficult with pushy salespeople, opaque pricing etc. None of those apply here: Clinton was a joy to deal with and the products are well organized and priced lower than the competition.
One thing I did not know before this experience is that big box stores will actually force some mattress manufacturers to lower their quality to meet pricing and margin demands. I found this out, because my previous mattress lasted nowhere near the stated lifetime and actually began to degrade quickly. When I swapped with the new mattress from Mattress Concepts (which tbh was only a bit more expensive) the new mattress was thicker, about 2x as heavy, and clearly made with much more durable materials.
Do yourself a favor and go here when it's time to upgrade. It might save you some money when you don't need back surgery down the road.”
