“It's still my favorite gas station, but it's no longer a one-stop shop for me. They quit carrying my brand of Vape. The Esco Bars (Pastel Cartel), but still great service. Fast and friendly.”

“They're open 24 hours so that's a good thing, and I like how you can sit down at the tables. There used to be a slushy machine which I really miss, and sodas have gotten super expensive, but they have certain cigarette brands that are cheaper than the cheapest stores in town. The lady who works overnights is super friendly. Only bad parts are no lotto.”

“I wanna give a special shout-out to Jenni V and how amazing she was when I awaiting to get a shower. She made my experience so quick fast and efficient. I just wanted to share and give her the flowers she deserve. It's awesome when someone's on the ball and makes your experience smooth and pleasant, especially when you're on the road and just need to grab something fast or even take a shower. It's those little things that can totally make your day, right?”

Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
