“Chuck and Jacob were an amazing team! We had a very difficult situation to transfer 2 lines from AT & T and add 2 lines. After a week of working hard to figure out a good solution, finally everything is in place. I highly recommend both to work through any issues you may have as they are very dedicated to providing excellent service!”
“Ella and Jackson were so kind and so extremely patient with my older Mother and her many questions ? They explained things to her so well and made her more confident and comfortable in her decision and I really appreciated it :) So thank you both!”
“This target has always been great, but Jen makes it better! She sat and taught me how to completely operate and optimize the target circle app! Thank you much Jen! Target give this woman a raise she's amazing, you need like 50 of her!”
“Megan was fantastic, after our last experience at a different company we were nervous. We got new phones & no headaches & no disappointments. She went above and beyond and saved me lots of money by explaining we could add/bundle several of our streaming services & she was pleasant to talk to when the transfer of information was going through!! Thanks Megan!!”

“This is my first time working with T-Mobile. I switched from AT&T. Ty was my service associate. He is knowledgeable, professional and a joy to work with. Great first experience at the Washington location.”
