“Clean. Getting used to new changes of products in different ailses. We are Senior Citizens. Service normally excellent. I had over $30 worth of coupons. Cashier seemed annoyed. I have been told to put coupons last-not on product. All were good, but some were not accepted at first. She has worked there a long time. She called for assistance for very first one.
I had them all together, so all in same sack. She took sack out of cart & one by one checked the items. Wouldn't it be easier if coupon was with item so this wasn't necessary? This took her time, our time, & the customers waiting behind us.”
“I ordered online for the first time and had my nephew pick up the order that afternoon. This was for our family during a wedding weekend. I didn't enjoy ordering on the app (I'm not an online shopper typically) but wanted to have it done and in the house when we arrived, so this was the option.
