“I’m so happy I found Batteries +! Their staff knows everything they have in stock every time I’ve been there. They know right where things are, and can help you find what you need easily. They can even help you at the register by saying I think you really want a different battery than what you yourself may have picked out when you tell them what they’re for. I was happy to learn they also do car batteries. I believe this is a store that can be trusted.”
“Friday Feb 2nd 6pm - Super helpful, my daughter bought a headlight here for her 2014 Kia Optima. Someone put it in here previously Jan 30 2024, and it didn't work. We brought it back in on Friday the 2nd at 6pm ish with the receipt, and I don't remember the guy's name, but he fixed it after several tries ? And we are super grateful. We will always come back to this store for our business.”
“Amazing staff. Had issues with a part from another auto part store and explained the situation to the employee. Not only did he know what I needed, he called the dealership to cross reference the part numbers to my vin. With two options available he sold me the parts he had in stock and ordered the other part just in case I needed it. I will continue to go far out of my way to support this location.”
“I really appreciate the professionalism of the staff here. They always give me knowledgeable answers and offer good advice when asked. They've always been very helpful and I enjoy shopping here. The store itself has a manual door for entry and exit and one level surface inside with wide aisles.”
“I usually come here if my car needs anything. I highly recommend this particular location. Staff is knowledgeable, fast and helpful. Today, I got wiper blades and it was too cold outside. But the staff didn't hesitate to help me and less than 5 minutes they replaced and made sure I was satisfied with the product and the service. Excellent!”

“I had gone in for an emergency minutes before they had to close, I needed a battery for my car and one of the guys there was kind enough to put the new battery in for me. I wish I had asked for his name but I didn't. I knew they were ready to go home but they helped me out anyways. I tried to tip him for this and due to me being so there so late but he politely refused to take it. Very sweet dude.”

“I just moved to town from a arid climate where rain is a rare event and as I left work realized I needed some windshield wipers. Mine were non existent. I drove to O'Reilly and asked the young man for the wipers for my car. As big drops of rain were starting to fall, He kindly offered to help me put them on as there were 4 different components that only one worked for my vehicle. I would never have figured it out before the downpour started. His name was Jared! Excellence in service!”

I've also had them replace a battery in myself phone so I did not have to upgrade. Everyone here is friendly, efficient, and competent. I highly recommend this location.Their prices are also competitive. My husband needed a backup battery for his computer, and they were $10 cheaper than the battery on Amazon. I could just go pick it up that night and he had it for use. Not only did we save money, but we supported local.”
