“We picked up our rental at 3pm on a Friday and the place was packed! Apparently, the staff was short-handed. The guy said that they would normally have seven employees at that time, but that day they only had four. The three I saw in the office handled the issue like complete professionals! Mario assisted me with my rental and he was extremely nice and patient. He had to have been feeling the stress, but he didn't show it at all. He took the time to explain the process to me and smiled the entire time.”
