“This location is very clean.The lady who checked me in was very welcoming and efficient. She was able to get me in and out in less than 20 mins (if that). The Bruick truck was also very clean with little to no damage.Upon my drop off return:I used the dropped off box which was quick and very convenient.Matthew was also a great help and provided me with the proper information when I called to inquiry about the check in on the vehicle I returned.”

“Was great so far. Was far cheaper than any other rentals i looked at. The vehicle was a new 2023 Suburban only down side was the interior was pretty dirty on pickup was full of smashed chips and chocolate chips on the floor in the rear. Would definitely use them again with out hesitation also only company i found to offer unlimited mileage on there premium vehicles.”

“Great place to rent a car. Simple and quick! I started the process all online, uploaded my drivers license and all. Was in their office for pick up less than 10 mins and would have been even less if the gentleman and I weren't to have carried on a nice conversation. ;-) This place is much smaller than surrounding rentals but perfect for us locals needing an emergency car!”

“Has some issue with the car. Roadside service was not helpful Friday evening at all. Finally was able to get to my destination in Nashville. Thanks for the airport in Nashville Tennessee I was able to get things resolved after several hours and get a new vehicle. “This was definitely the best rental experiences that I have had. Even though I was picking up the vehicle on a Sunday, I was greeted as soon as I walked in with a smile and conversation. I am almost positive that it was the owner that I was talking to, but she had a very positive personality and we made small talk while the paperwork was being prepped. I was in and out within a few minutes and the entire experience was pleasant. I travel regularly and it was nice to see someone that acted happy to help versus walking in and feeling like a burden to someone that wasn't in a mood to do their job. This location stands out and I will definitely be back in the future.”
