“I have learned that this is rather best run Sam's club in the greater St Louis area. I have tried several others, and you can tell the management is lacking. I was there today and was really impressed that they were restocking on a Saturday morning at 11 am. I have always found the items I want here, whereas I may not see that at another location. “Final update: I spoke with the district manager and met with the manager. They both were polite and apologetic. I have been made whole. Thanks to the staff and all I have spoken with.My wife has purchased gas and used the car wash for at least five years without issue. I purchase fuel and may use the car wash again.Update: About a week ago I call them (again) and spoke to a polite young man and he said he wasn't the person that handle these issues but he would forward the message to the proper person. Guess what? NO call. NO resolution. The person that I did talk to said they do have a procedure to handle these cases.This review is regarding the car wash only. I went thru the wash 10/12/23 and the brush that covered the rear of the auto ripped the windshield wiper blade off and damaged the windshield wiper arm resulting in having to replace them both at a cost of over $54.00. It has previously done the same to my wife's car.”

Staff are professional and friendly, service is always quick. $0.60 slushes with Cardinals getting six runs or above are what I get the most often and are a major selling point.On The Runs in general are often miles better than other convenience stores in the area because of their clean tiling and bright lighting.”

“Another update. Currently 6:13 am, we moved over a time zone so it feels like 7:13 am. I have been awake for 25 hours. This gas station is 1-star better than the last. Much much more reasonable prices, and the toilet paper in the big stall wasn’t empty. Downside: cleanliness. Feels kinda gross in here. But I’ve always been a fan of QT and their layout and variety of option”

“Not sure of the name of the guy that’s working this shift but it’s 3:50 am and I just want to say I really appreciate his excellent customer service. I was headed to check out with my hotdog and I told him they were out of chili and instead of him just saying ok and checking me out he offered to refill it and that made my night. Thank you for being thoughtful. He could have just refilled after I left but he made sure I was a satisfied customer. Thank you so much.”

“Great job every time. I have my car washed weekly. I have a black car. Love the touch less car wash. They do a great job wiping down my car, vacuuming etc. Very courteous and always ask me to check everything before I leave. Nice waiting area.”

“The reception printer was broken and it's a difficult station to get in and out of going north. BUT the tire inflator let's you set a psi and then beeps at you when the tire is full. This is reason enough to go back.”
