“? We stopped in for a Purple Martin House pole to replace a section that had snapped off (of previous property owner). The guy at S&K who talked to us was extremely helpful, generous and knowledgeable. He explained how to cut the end off and stick it back in either the sleeve, if there is one, or new concrete. He saved us a lot of money and gave us great detailed advice on being a Purple Martin landlord. He also gave us a couple of decoys to attract new birds, which will also be the decoy for predators and save the live birds. Further generous advice was to paint it to freshen it up and always take other birds' nests out and throw them in the trash.
