PetSmart
1846 Wentzville Parkway, Wentzville5-Star rating because of Maya (sorry if I spelled it wrong). I threw away the cat food bag as I use a plastic container, purchased 2 days ago. This type of Hills Science Diet food makes my cat vomit. As I was trying to figure out a good type of this food for my cat, I completely forget which ones I purchase. I called and informed her stating I needed the same brand, different type. Typically they cannot do refunds/returns or exchanges without the product or packaging. She went above and beyond and seemed to care about my animal’s health. She told me to throw the current food away and to come get the correct type of Hills Science Diet food if I could come up to the store while she was working so she could do the exchange. She didn’t ask for the product back. The type that I usually get is $1.10 less than the current type I had and she still gave me my money back even after I told her I wasn’t worried about it and thanked her for doing the exchange. It is things like this that corporations should appreciate in their employees when they actually care about the important parts of their job. I would’ve understood and fully purchased another bag if she was not able to do it since I did throw the original bag away. But, it’s the principal. She went above and beyond and showed excellent customer service and I applaud her for that. This is why I keep coming back to this exact location over any others thank you again, Maya for your consideration and kindness.

Calm environment, too. Almost spa-like, which I find extrodinary. I feel like she and her staff are truly here for our pets and not to just make extra money. Love all of them .

Mizzou Animal Cancer Center
1092 Wentzville Parkway, WentzvilleDr. Rippy was very kind and thorough with the explanation of the diagnosis/treatment options. I felt confident in their care almost immediately when Darla (our RVT) reviewed all of my dog’s medical history in detail, and in a way that made me believe that was not the first time she was looking at his file. My appointment did not feel rushed, and I do think the cost was fair for the services and expertise I received. I left feeling less overwhelmed dealing with my dog’s recent cancer diagnosis and was grateful Dr. Rippy sent an email with a summary of the visit/treatment options that was also VERY detailed. Although we ultimately decided to let nature run its course, the help we received to make that decision trickled all the way down to the techs who were taking my calls and answering my questions..again so thoroughly! Thank you Dr. Rippy, Darla, Abby and the rest of the team for the care and support.

Crossroads Veterinary Hospital
10253 Hwy Dd, WentzvilleI can't say enough great things about Dr. Jamie and her amazing staff. From the moment we step into her clinic we are greated with warmth and professionalism They have consistently treated our dogs with the upmost love and care making each visit a positive experience.
Dr Jamie is not only knowledgeable she takes the time to inform and educate
about out pets health. Whenever we have concerns, we walk in feeling anxious. But leave feeling reassured knowing our dogs have received the best possible care. The staffs compassion and understanding truly shines through, and they always treat us like friends rather than just clients.

Westinn Kennels - Everything Under One Woof
1522 Swantnerville Drive, WentzvilleWhy would I bypass dozens of other choices and drive 30 minutes one way for my dog to be groomed? Delilah.
My dog Koda is not an easy, relaxed grooming client. He has some sensitivity, especially after recent painful allergy shots, but Delilah handles him with the kind of calm confidence that only comes from real expertise.
What I also appreciate is that she never makes me feel like Koda is “too much.” She is patient, skilled, honest, and clearly cares about the dogs in her care. What she does makes a real difference.
She is absolutely the reason I keep coming back.
