My granddaughter needed 4 new tires. Hers were super bald. I called and spoke to the nicest man named Johnny. He immediately arranged for her 4 new tires and an alignment early the next morning. I am so thankful for his compassionate service. I was able to schedule and pay over the phone. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and on the internet. “This automotive shop went above and beyond. I broke down on the side of I44 after overheating and not knowing the issue. I waited a couple hours for my insurers roadside service to pick me up and tow me to Old Town Automotive. Out of the 15 service places I called in the area, they were the only one even willing to take a look at my vehicle and help me get back on the road to home which is 4.5 hours away. They looked and it was simply a heater hose had busted, so they got one here in an hour and got me back on the road in two hours. Thank you so much Angie and Matt from Old Town Automotive. “Selbert's gets 5 stars from me. I had recently purchased a Ford Mustang from a local dealer in under two months a deer decided to jump out in front of us on a dusk Friday evening. We were traveling at about 45 miles an hour. Unfortunately we had to have it towed and a close friend said to take it to Selbert's they will fix it like it had never been in an accident. We about a week to a week and a half later it was fixed and looked as good as new. Chris the guy that walked me through the whole process was awesome walked me through the whole process seamlessly and took care of all of the insurance process. Thank you Selbert's for being so responsive and bring my horse back to new. I would recommend them to anyone look for body work!”

She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She listened calmly to my concerns and walked me through several issues over the phone without making me feel rushed or dismissed.
To top it all off, they let me stop by the shop to ensure my car was safe to drive. The technician, Alex—who was also extremely professional—took the time to remove some loose, dangling parts and made sure everything was secure until I could get the necessary repairs done.
