“I know there are so many negative reviews on here so I wanted to share my great experience. Jim is awesome! We didn’t realize it but our bill wasn’t being paid so we lost service and had some late fees. I called and left a message before they opened and was called back about an hour later. Jim found that someone typed in our address incorrectly so we weren’t receiving notices or bills. We got things sorted out (fees taken care of) and Jim called back within an hour to make sure our service was indeed back up and running. I haven’t tried to disconnect service but Jim definitely took measures he didn’t have to even after our payment was received. We haven’t had any outages so far. Very happy with Montana Opticom.”
