I totally forgot the names of the three people that helped me get my plan set up today but the lady that helped us was so helpful and so kind she got me a great deal on this sweet bugie phone! And she had to ask her boss to help with a discount so I could afford it and he was also so kind and helped work everything out so I got my phone. I got a $50 dollar discount just for signing up a new account and $150 credited to my next bill!! I’m so happy with the costumer service here! Amazing staff!! Yay! Love y’all! “I know there are so many negative reviews on here so I wanted to share my great experience. Jim is awesome! We didn’t realize it but our bill wasn’t being paid so we lost service and had some late fees. I called and left a message before they opened and was called back about an hour later. Jim found that someone typed in our address incorrectly so we weren’t receiving notices or bills. We got things sorted out (fees taken care of) and Jim called back within an hour to make sure our service was indeed back up and running. I haven’t tried to disconnect service but Jim definitely took measures he didn’t have to even after our payment was received. We haven’t had any outages so far. Very happy with Montana Opticom.”
