Excellent customer service. I was having issues with my connection and made a phone call and even though the line was busy I received a phone call shortly after and Chris was able to help me with my issue in a timely manner! Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend Skynet enough! I rarely ever have any outages and when it does happen it’s fixed shortly after. Also, John Ward is amazing to work with! He went above and beyond for me on Friday, calling half an hour after close to help me troubleshoot my new router.
