Used non OEM parts for repair on my Mazda6. Does non stand behind sub par parts or labor. Be aware ! They replaced the serpentine belt after failure and I had to repair it a year later. both times a Mazda dealership and Bob Smith does not stand behind their work and used non OEM or substandard parts without co formation... read full comment
