“I just wanted to commend & praise Penelope (Penni), Rachel, Becky and a couple other associates that help us regularly, On the amazing job they do of going above and beyond with their customer service and help. My daughter and I frequent the 24th Street and Central Albertsons often & each and every time we leave with a smile on our face because of the wonderful people you have working. They deserve a raise and a promotion. Simple as that! It's a night and day difference on how well they do at this location compared to any other location Albertsons in Billings Montana (Especially The Majority Of The Rude Staff At The Grand & Rehberg / 3137 Grand Ave location Especially the LARGE, dark haired, light skinned lady with the terrible attitude who works the checkout and was extremely rude to my daughter and I when we checked out right before close one evening, you should take some lessons and training from the staff at the 24th st location. If I was manager of that stored I would have been appalled by the way she treated my daughter and I let alone how many other people she's probably treated in the same disgusting manner. Though I will say the young man they have working at the self checkout at the Grand & Rehberg location did a very good job with my daughter and I and was very helpful just like they are at the 24th location. So like say it's not all the employees that do a sub hard job at customer service at the Grand and River location but enough for me to say something in this review for the 24th Street location). My daughter actually gets excited to go to the Albertsons on 24th and Central because they're so kind and respectful and nice to us when we come in. They make us feel very welcome and are always so helpful I can't say enough good things Thank you so much for being good human beings and going above and beyond what your job title calls for. It's people like you that make the world a better place”

“Well Albertsons lost a customer today and this is why, I'm like on the street and couch hoping some and working. Eating a nice hot baked chicken breast, wing, potatoes n gravy & Mac n cheese I just bought there, drinking coke. Security comes around for the first time in two months about and tells me I've got to go. Your f'n kidding me right, I say. Watching the blue Angels practice the rim for the air show n all this weekend. I was half way through my meal, a. Hot one enjoying it with nobody else around. Sitting not in the way however in the shade and I said no I'm not leaving I'm finishing my meal. He calls the cops, Deputy Carnie met me in front as that's where I went from the back, n livid two I was. This 48 Security Officer was that rude, and I can understand the rules and this is ever the first time anything mentioned and he's even got a body cam on. So until Albertsons gets like cafeteria sitting inside and out,, giving choice for a person to eat there food, well I'm out forever until I get an apology that I never expect here even though they could easily find me. However this was wrong I feel and a waste of time for Law Enforcement... I don't steel either, it's not me n I'm not that disrespectful, livid I was and vulgar in limited ways to this rudeness... I've been burned, clothes n bike stolen and kicked out of the local MRM for reporting bed bugs to the Health department and letting people know there special and that they don't need drugs to prove that quality. A lot going on here in Little America being Billings Montana... Love you he place good people beautiful area... Fly Brat out...”

“Good place. Unloading only by appointment. The entrance for the truck is not convenient, but the warehouse worker helps. They are unloaded manually. 5 pallets in an hour and a half. There is a large truck stop nearby.”

“This Albertsons is farther away from my house than the 27th Street Albertsons, but it is worth the extra time and milage to shop at this store as opposed to the downtown store (which is horrible in so many ways). If you live on the Northside or Downtown, save yourself some stress and do your shopping at this Albertsons.”

Friendly staff, the docks are a bit tight, you will normally have to disconnect your trailer and head out to the parking lot, they will call you.There's limited overnight parking on the street at the entrance but a few truck stops around not more than 2 - 4 miles away, make sure to turn left after leaving if you plan to head back to I90.”

“On Jan. 25, 2024, My dear friend and I checked out the new Shamrock Foodservice location on Main in the Billings Heights. My friend is disabled and the first thing that impressed us was the convenient parking and entryway.Fran was delightful upon entering with a layout of the store. We took our time and had several encounters with all the employees who were VERY pleasant and helpful. They all seemed genuinely happy to be there. ?We checked out and Jesse went out of his way to escort us and our things to our car and made sure we were safe and sound to our car as the winter has been really bad here lately with ice and cold weather and we also have a high crime rate which was a couple reasons underlying my true appreciation for the whole experience.Rates at the top for our experiences in this town as of late. A HUGE Thank you to all involved. It truly made our day!!!”
