“I was in town last weekend (Friday 7/3/26) visiting family. Took my step daughter to multiple different boots stores in town to find some she liked. We got there with about 30 mins before closing. I felt horrible and told Megan we would be as quick as possible. She jumped right in to help us! Told us we had plenty of time. She took extra care of my stepdaughter, and went over and beyond to make sure she found something she liked! She was so kind even with it being towards the end of the night. “Some times it just about being available. Had a bad tire on a trailer later at night in Billings. These were the only guys open and they had a tire mounted on a rim that I needed. Kept me on the road and I was grateful for that.”

“Excellent store. Clean, organized, a lot to take in, yet I didn't feel overwhelmed. I am so glad its open now! Only minor complaint is the line for checkout. I could tell they were going as fast as they could however with 8 cashiers all present.”
“Went here on Black Friday as I love their annual deals and was in need of underwear. The staff was so friendly and had such great energy when walking into the store. I didn't require assistance as everything was easy to find, and I was on a mission to find what I wanted/needed.
Unfortunately, I did grab the wrong size bras and had to swap them out the next day. But again, the staff was understanding and friendly through the transaction.”

A lot if time in Targets and Walmarts employees will avoid eye contact. Not here!
Everyone was so friendly and helpful! They asked me if I needed help fining stuff and did it with a smile.
