“Went here on Black Friday as I love their annual deals and was in need of underwear. The staff was so friendly and had such great energy when walking into the store. I didn't require assistance as everything was easy to find, and I was on a mission to find what I wanted/needed.
Unfortunately, I did grab the wrong size bras and had to swap them out the next day. But again, the staff was understanding and friendly through the transaction.”

“Walmart's grocery pick up is AWFUL, beware when you try to order groceries from them, I am a single mother and I placed a $500 grocery order from them and their system immediately kicked it back as "cancelled sorry for the inconvenience" and are now holding my money without returning it for up to 10 days, they do not care how I am supposed to feed my family now, they said it is a glitch in their system. A glitch that takes people's money and gives them no groceries and puts $500 in their pockets for ten days. I am truly so disappointed and will never use their service EVER again!”
“Mike who works in the animal department at the Westend store is absolutely incredible when it comes to customer service! When you ask him a question, he takes time to listen and then finds you an answer! He even went out of his way to find, and then bring back with him, the hard to find dog food I needed when he went out to the Hardin store! Most of the time when you ask about an item you’ll hear “sorry we’re out” but not with Mike! Mike goes out of his way to help you, and as a customer I really appreciate him!… and so do my dogs!”
