U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
1455 S 48th St W, Billings MT 59106
“By far the best U-Haul experience I’ve ever had! After visiting the the location on 21st and Grand and then it got worse at 15th and Grand. I was lucky enough to find one on the fourth page of U-hauls home page. This is a diamond in the rough. Somehow this place never showed up in my 59106 options. Anyone west of 24th st W needs to check with them first.”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
942 Broadwater Ave, Billings MT 59101
“I rented a one-way tow dolly to bring a car back from Billings to Seattle. This is a very small gas station U-Haul and both people working mirror were very pleasant and helpful. I recommend using the online check-in, it takes a little bit to figure it out, but it makes the process easier when you show up to pick up what you printed. When you take the picture of your drivers license, front and back, lay it down as having your finger holding it while you try to take a picture will make it not upload. Just to make your experience easier. Good people, good equipment, everything worked as promised.”

U-Haul Moving & Storage in the Heights
1145 Main St, Billings MT 59105
“Can't remember his name but the guy solved my electrical issue and made the trailer lights work. My car is old and the electrical hadn't been used in who knows how long. It was corroded to the point wire insulation was bursting. It was bad. He drilled out plugs and spliced wires and made the whole thing work. You saved my day bro, and now I can use it in the future. Thank you -armand”

U-Haul Moving & Storage of West End
2152 Grand Ave, Billings MT 59102
“Be more patient with customers who are blocked from patking the return truck in the return lane. The moving truck I rented this time also shook a lot. Maybe the rotors are taxed. Otherwise it was excellent. I've always had good care from U-Haul. Im excited that U-Haul offers moving assistance now, and the prices for the moving service are well placed in comparison to other moving companies.”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
2110 First Avenue North, Billings MT 59101
“Had a tire issue on a Uhaul Truck driving from St. Paul MN to Seattle, just outside of Billings. Called this dealer and they had us come right in and immediately fixed the problem tire and thoroughly checked all the other tires on the truck and replaced another tire that we didn’t even realize was a problem. Very kind and professional service. They also helped us back the truck back onto the street as well. Would definitely recommend them for any Uhaul issues you may have in the Billings MT area.”

1145 Main St, Billings MT 59105
“Trenton is the man! We came in with a reservation for a 10 foot truck and he was able to get us into a larger 15 foot truck on short notice for a great price. Super impressed and hopeful I get to deal with Trenton every time I need a truck rental. Had another great experience with another awesome employee named Brensyn. He helped hook up a trailer to help us haul our 4Runner and got us all set up even changing out lights before we left. All in all there’s a great crew who all give great service at this location!”
