“I want to start by saying that due to horrible experiences in the past, I have been extremely wary of any transport company. I had worked with Montway and Nexus and quite literally waited weeks for either company to get a competitive rate out so that my vehicles would get shipped. This PLUS the horrible customer service I dealt with from both of those companies.
When I found J&S Transportation and learned you are based out of Billings, I wanted to give you a try because I was moving back to Montana and I am from Montana. This decision was hands down one of the best decisions I have ever made. Everybody from Julie and Brenda to the drivers were so professional and super communicative! The rate was very reasonable and, most importantly, my vehicles were delivered on the timeline stated in my order. “Would have given them 5 stars if they offered supplemental insurance (and maybe an affordable option to pick up my item instead of me schlepping it to their local facility). I had a 16' sea kayak that needed to get to Washington state. NPT shipping rates were the best and got it there from Montana in only 3 days. Most importantly, it arrived at the delivery address in the same condition as when I dropped it off to NPT. Was nervous about using an LTL carrier for this but they exceeded my expectations!”
