We love this hotel.
Had a bump with my online reservation.
Gal at front desk was very accommodating and fixed it for me.
We got a room on ground floor with door that opens to parking lot.
Loved it!
We will stay here from now on when we come to billings.”

“I love this motel! I have stayed twice in the rooms with the high ceilings and been really comfortable. I think there may be some variation in the rooms which is why the reviews differ. I wanted to thank the receptionist working on Sunday night for being so helpful and accommodating. I would also like to let the waitress on the diner on Monday morning know how much she brightened my day. Thanks so much for making me laugh and the wonderful breakfast burrito <3 happy holidays!”

“We are faithful Residence Inn guests. We have never once had a bad experience at one- and we’ve traveled the country! Their rooms are always clean comfortable and fully stocked with everything we could need. The staff are always very nice and friendly and this location is no exception. At the front Desk, Chris, was extremely helpful and kind when we arrived in the middle of the night. I am so glad we’ve found this hotel line because we will never stay anywhere else! Literally always have the best breakfasts, but this location had the best!! Blueberry AND strawberry compote, waffles, muffins, bagels, eggs, sausage, hashbrown patties biscuits and gravy and more! It was absolutely delicious and exactly what we needed before hitting the road again. They also have a beautiful fire pit outside that I wish we had time to stop at before bed. Thank you Billings Residence Inn!!!!”

“The kindest night shift attendants saved a spot for me in the shuttle bus parking area when I arrived after midnight. My car’s clearance did not fit in their parking garage. I am so grateful.

“Got to spend a lovely afternoon here with the family. It's a perfect way to cool down. Now, I'm not a swimmer, but the rest of the family acts like they are part fish. My husband and oldest tried the slides out. They said they felt enclosed going down them. So they spent the rest of the time in the wave pool. The hot tub was fairly busy, so they didn't get the chance to try it out. My youngest 2 didn't know where to settle. They were going to the water play area back to the wave pool dipped into the hot tub and cooled off in the kiddie area. It was tough on them when we told them it was time to take off. We didn't get to try the goodies they offered at the Shack there. But it smelt inviting. The dressing rooms were just the bathroom stalls if you wanted privacy. None the less it was doable. Cute little place to take a family with Littles ☺️”

“I read a LOT of reviews & this hotel have a few lower reviews mostly about staff but I decided to try it.
By FAR this hotel beat out every other hotel I've stayed in anywhere in a LONG time!
I couldn't find even 1 tiny thing wrong. I kept waiting because usually things show themselves, But NOPE. Staff were nice, knowledgeable, friendly & generally happy. The room was soooo clean. Not 1 spot of mold, property damage or signs of age & everything worked properly. The room smelled nice & there was even a printed laminated TV channel guide. That in itself was GREAT. The breakfast was just fine too. It was quiet & peaceful. Granted it is the off season but I'm still happy. I had heard a lot about BE CAREFUL IN BILLINGS, LOCK YOUR CAR, ECT.... The location was away from downtown & housing areas in more of a hotel district which felt nice & safe. I was in town for medical & only stayed 1 night, but this will be my choice hotel in Billings from now on.”

“Old school LARGE motel. Very solid hall floors and room doors, even though property is a bit unkempt. Good value quotient. No breakfast or coffee though. Room was large and mostly clean. Bed was decent. Friendly front desk ladies.”
“The rooms are tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen has the necessities. The bathrooms are spacious & have great showers. Cozy living area with flat screen tv. Beds are very comfortable. The location is close to great restaurants, coffee & nightlife. Parking is across the street. Would be nice if there was a vending machine or laundry service, but definitely not a deal breaker.”
