“I arrived Tuesday night. Brook the front desk staff was truly amazing. She really made my first time stay very easy and enjoyable. I visited the front again on Wednesday and these girls do not disappoint. I sadly did not see the housekeeping staff but the rooms was beautiful. I was very happy with my stay and those three front desk girls I met during my stay made my stay even more enjoyable. Clocktower has some great staff!Food & drinks: Great restaurant next to the hotel”

“A nice (and quiet) hotel near the hospital and downtown.Riversage Billings Inn is easily confused with a similarly-named nearby hotel, but as near as I can tell both might be owned by the same people because the decor is similar. In any case, this property has a very cozy feel to it. The lobby is not huge, but does have comfortable seating and a fireplace to sit near on those cool winter nights. It's in an area of town that has a residential feel, probably because of the large trees surrounding it and the nearby businesses. It doesn't look like a cookie-cutter hotel. The rooms are okay, with comfortable beds. decent wi-fi, a coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave -- all the things you come to expect. Because it's a hotel often used by those visiting the hospital, this hotel takes extra care to provide rooms to accommodate longer stays. This hotel also accepts pets with notice. The breakfast is standard: waffle maker, cereals, proteins, dairy, toast. Because the lobby is relatively small with only a few tables, it might work better to take breakfast back to your room.”

“Right off 1-90 and King Ave. Super location for shopping and food. So many restaurants nearby.Except for traffic in the daytime, which I didn't really hear very much. Try to get a room on Daniel Ave side of building, it's quieter. The staff is tops and so kind. My hubby was going thru cancer treatment and we stayed here for a week. Lovely breakfast and the grounds, common public areas are kept clean.Have been to a lot of hotels and this hotel one of my top 10 in Billings.”

“This is a great place to stay. We have been traveling through the western half of US and this is one of our nicest stops. Especially for the price. The kitchenette is wonderful. Beds we very comfortable and the room was spacious. It's right off the highway with several restaurants close. Highly recommend.”

“This place is a fun little getaway for the family, especially with younger children. We enjoyed all of the water attractions, however, if you are looking to just relax, this is not the place for you on the weekends. - Kids can overwhelm you, especially in the hot tub. We did not purchase anything from the snack bar, but we appreciated all of the seating/tables. It was not a fight to find a place to put your belongings. We asked if lockers were available, but staff thought they did, but was unsure if they worked. It's a fairly open space to keep an eye on the kiddos from various seating areas. Our biggest complaints are that the changing rooms are something to be desired. The men's changing room had a lot of pooled water on the floor and apparently the drain is higher than the floor. There are no private areas to change in men's or women's, aside from the bathroom stalls. They use such an abundant amount of chemicals that it should kill any bugs/viruses in the water, but it completely faded my swimsuit from very black to gray, and we could still smell chlorine on our skin even after showering twice. It left our skin extremely dry and itchy. We would go again, but wear something you don't mind ruining and bring lots of lotion. Don't forget your towels, but if you do, they have some to rent.”

“The rooms are tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen has the necessities. The bathrooms are spacious & have great showers. Cozy living area with flat screen tv. Beds are very comfortable. The location is close to great restaurants, coffee & nightlife. Parking is across the street. Would be nice if there was a vending machine or laundry service, but definitely not a deal breaker.”

“I read reviews before booking so I expected a nice hotel, but the rooms exceeded my expectations. Our room was nicely updated, comfortable beds, and super roomy. There was no pet smell, and my kids loved the pool. Hoping all the good reviews don't make the price go up too much :) this will be our hotel of choice when in Billings from now on.”

“This is a great hotel right in the heart of Billings. It has a nice restaurant and lounge. The only thing I could fault it on was their "gym" is just a few cardio machines. No weight machines or free weights. The cardio machines were newer so they worked fine.”

“Check-in was quick and friendly. I had an interior room and felt very safe. Due to the old buildof the hotel and the cinder block walls, noise from other rooms was non-existent. The room was clean but 1/2 the bulbs in the bathroom were burnt out.Water pressure was fantastic and the toiletries were good quality. I rated 4/5 instead of 5 because the parking lot could use better lighting, it was extremely dark. I also could not get the room to cool down despite having the air on the lowest setting and the street noise was too loud to keep the window open. The room could also use an extension cord for phone charging, the charging block is across the room from your bed.”

“Overall, the experience was fine. My family needed a place to sleep for the night and it was a fairly inexpensive option. It is an older hotel that is dated, but the room was clean, shower was clean and bedding was clean. The write up in travel Montana says they offer continental breakfast. This is not correct. There was no breakfast. All in all, it served our purpose. Would probably stay again for the price.”

“This location could use a renovation. Rooms were dated, and the bed was not comfortable. Took a 6 hour nap, and I was out of there. I wouldn't recommend more than one night here.”
