“Hotel was fine for a hotel in Billings. Location was adequate for my needs. Room was comfortable and quiet (2nd floor) I would not know on the 1st floor as I noticed the floorboards creaked under my feet.
Perhaps the very best was Launa, the breakfast lady: super professional, polite, devoted to her work, and always with the best heartfelt smile on her face. The simple interaction over a coffee and a grab-and-go breakfast will stay with me for a long time!”

“This is our second time staying here and will probably be our go to stay in Billings when we pass through from here on out, the front staff is amazing as well as the housekeeper we met when front desk stepped away. We had been traveling since 3am myself and my 2 toddlers while also super pregnant and needed to stop for the day. We arrived in the parking lot about 12:30 and I called in to see if they had anything available for early check in and after explaining our situation the wonderful front desk lady and housekeeper were able to get us into a exceptionally clean comfortable room within 15ish minutes.”

“I stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Billings while traveling for work and had a very good experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and a great place to come back to after a long workday.
The room was spacious and had everything I needed for a work trip, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, and overall the hotel felt comfortable and well maintained.
I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Billings for work.”

The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and breakfast had a good verity. The room had a desk so I was able to work and staff was very professional. Would recommend to anyone that asked.”
“My wife and I were looking for a unique place to stay as we traveled and somehow we found the Dude Rancher Lodge. Loved the vintage sink in the bathroom and the high beams in the ceiling of the bedroom. Everything that needed to be modernized was, and all worked well. The room was clean, the check-in was quick and excellent with great customer service. A lovely place to stay! The rope on the stairs was like the original, and the fireplace was we checked in was just as the pictures showed it to be. Thank you for a lovely experience!”
“This is about average for a Marriot. The breakfast is pretty bland.
The workout room has a set of dumbbells up to 50 pounds. A bunch of elliptical and treadmills. One bench.
The pool was a good temp. There's no hot tub.”

“Room is clean, bed is comfortable ; plenty of bathroom towels ; it would be better to have more cell phone charger outlets , especially near bed or on bedside table , there is none except at desk in room . The daily breakfast items offers minimal protein , no eggs ( boiled would be fine ) , add another fruit , eg bananas , ( there are apples present ) . The WiFi in the rooms is terrible and only is usable in lobby on 1st floor . If the WiFi is activated upstairs it lasts minimally !
I do like that the motel is located in a central area of Billings, Montana in a medical district ( I’m a retired RN) & easy to navigate through the city walking or by auto . Great walking areas on sidewalks and this city is well maintained and clean !”

“You guys came in clutch for my father and I as we were stranded in a snow storm with our other hotel accommodation falling through. The staff was so kind and the rooms were exactly what we needed after a LONG day of driving through snow. Thank you all again!”
“Got to spend a lovely afternoon here with the family. It's a perfect way to cool down. Now, I'm not a swimmer, but the rest of the family acts like they are part fish. My husband and oldest tried the slides out. They said they felt enclosed going down them. So they spent the rest of the time in the wave pool. The hot tub was fairly busy, so they didn't get the chance to try it out. My youngest 2 didn't know where to settle. They were going to the water play area back to the wave pool dipped into the hot tub and cooled off in the kiddie area. It was tough on them when we told them it was time to take off. We didn't get to try the goodies they offered at the Shack there. But it smelt inviting. The dressing rooms were just the bathroom stalls if you wanted privacy. None the less it was doable. Cute little place to take a family with Littles ☺️”
“Room was very clean, staff was very helpful, and parking in the garage across the street was a breeze.
Note: if you're going above the 3rd floor, you need to scan your room keycard for the button to work. I stood there punching buttons for a couple minutes like the backwoods goofus I am before someone told me I needed to scan my room key ?”
“Since my stay at Encono Lodge back in December I've had nothing but good service ,the rooms were clean an the staff ,Heather ,Mandy ,etc ,cant remember all their names have been awesome an very kind ,I'd recommend this place to stay”

“Beautiful place with impeccable service and very courteous staff. I honestly don’t understand why this hotel is rated only 3 stars! The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and in the morning, you get a breakfast fit for a king. The coffee is delicious too!
You can also request a light meal at the front desk, and the shuttle service is provided in a brand-new Chevrolet Suburban!
Overall, a wonderful experience with excellent service. Highly recommended!”
