“I accidentally booked a rental car for a week later than I intended, so of course they didn't have a car ready for me. Despite being essentially totally booked, Danny went above and beyond to find a car for me and my kiddo - all while also dealing with a gentleman on the phone who just couldn't seem to find the place. The car he gave us is super-nice - definitely not a "wreck"! All-in-all, highly recommend this place!”

“Rachel and her co worker where awsome. When I showed up for my truck that was total out they help me take my headache rack off and major components I need to take back with me. Before I got to this point of getting my truck parts I had very major big problems with my insurance company. I kept getting the runaround but every time I called Rachel at Peterbilt she would either get back with me or be there to answer my questions. It really helped me gauge what I was going to do in the future of purchasing a truck. These guys made a bad situation I really great experience when dealing with jackson Peterbilt.”

“I called in a semi-panicked state trying to get a way to tow my wife's car that was broken down in Livingston. They didn't have anything available, but Scot was willing to get one of their car dollys back in working shape. He just needed to change a flat tire. Well, the wife had called AAA in the meantime and we didn't even need the services of U-Haul. But I was genuinely surprised as to lengths Scott and his team were willing to go to help my wife and myself out. Way to go Scott! I most definitely will be using these guys for all my moving/towing needs in the future. U-Haul, whatever you're paying Scott, you need to up those numbers. Thems rookie numbers. Lol.. but for real, thank you for having such a good employee who was willing to go above and beyond for me!”

“Had a tire issue on a Uhaul Truck driving from St. Paul MN to Seattle, just outside of Billings. Called this dealer and they had us come right in and immediately fixed the problem tire and thoroughly checked all the other tires on the truck and replaced another tire that we didn’t even realize was a problem. Very kind and professional service. They also helped us back the truck back onto the street as well. Would definitely recommend them for any Uhaul issues you may have in the Billings MT area.”
