Petco

Pet Stores
Hours: Petco is a store for pets and aquarium supplies. The experience at this business varies significantly based on staff interaction. Several reviews report negative experiences, including long waits at checkout, shelves that were not fully stocked, and issues with the rewards program not working properly. This led some customers to shop elsewhere. However, many reviews highlight exceptionally positive service from specific staff members. Employees including Jake, Vernon, Judy, and Josi are repeatedly praised for being friendly, kind, accommodating, and super nice. They are described as amazing, well-educated, and helpful, particularly for new pet and aquarium owners. These staff members took considerable time to educate customers, provide scientific advice for healthy aquarium setups, and offer outstanding service for grooming, such as nail trims. Their efforts made customers feel comfortable and turned their first pet journeys into fun experiences. Additional positive notes mention the fantastic rewards program and a very convenient, hassle-free return policy. The overall impression depends heavily on the helpfulness of the available staff.
