“The employees and their attitude towards customer service/satisfaction are 5 Stars. I purchased a chicken coop online out of state and they held onto it for me until we could pick up. I was blown away by friendly greetings the moment we walked through the doors. That’s not something I’ve experienced in a long time from other TSCs (do better St. Joe, MO!!! You guys in particular act like it’s a sin for customers to walk through the door). When we opened the box, the coop was damaged. We called and they all made it their mission to take care of us and make it right!!! My drive to them is an hour away and really looking forward to dealing with them in the future.”

“I have a rescue dog that hates to have His feet touched. So trimming His nails is such a chore. He doesn’t like his feet touched. I have taken Buster Brown there two times, they have been so wonderful with him. Everyone one that works there have all been great . I highly recommend them for all of your dogs grooming needs.”
