“I'm a KW owner also, & this is the 2nd time I've brought my truck to a Peterbilt dealership for service, instead of a KW dealership. I explained that I was trying to sell the truck & didn't want to put much money in it, but wanted it to be safe & legal. They got the work done for less than the amount I had budgeted. Replaced a wheel seal, brake drum & brake shoes, & got all the work done the same day I called them. They also found and fixed an air leak that I'd been hunting for months (a leaking leveling valve) that was causing the air bags to deflate overnight. They did a good job. The next day I was checking my truck & found a lug nut that a different shop in a different state had forgotten to tighten when they had the wheel off for repairs. (Not a Kenworth or Peterbilt shop). I brought my truck back to them & they re-torqued the drive axles for free (even though it wasn't their fault). I'm glad Peterbilt will take a KW into their shop, & I hope the KW dealership doesn't mind (lol).”

Helping us out in such a pinch and the process was smooth and went fast . The rental truck was really nice too , got us to Seattle and back to billings . Worked out perfect . “Can't remember his name but the guy solved my electrical issue and made the trailer lights work. My car is old and the electrical hadn't been used in who knows how long. It was corroded to the point wire insulation was bursting. It was bad. He drilled out plugs and spliced wires and made the whole thing work. You saved my day bro, and now I can use it in the future. Thank you

“I rented a one-way tow dolly to bring a car back from Billings to Seattle. This is a very small gas station U-Haul and both people working mirror were very pleasant and helpful. I recommend using the online check-in, it takes a little bit to figure it out, but it makes the process easier when you show up to pick up what you printed. When you take the picture of your drivers license, front and back, lay it down as having your finger holding it while you try to take a picture will make it not upload. Just to make your experience easier. Good people, good equipment, everything worked as promised.”
“By far the best U-Haul experience I’ve ever had! After visiting the the location on 21st and Grand and then it got worse at 15th and Grand. I was lucky enough to find one on the fourth page of U-hauls home page. This is a diamond in the rough. Somehow this place never showed up in my 59106 options.
Anyone west of 24th st W needs to check with them first.”
“Had a tire issue on a Uhaul Truck driving from St. Paul MN to Seattle, just outside of Billings. Called this dealer and they had us come right in and immediately fixed the problem tire and thoroughly checked all the other tires on the truck and replaced another tire that we didn’t even realize was a problem. Very kind and professional service. They also helped us back the truck back onto the street as well. Would definitely recommend them for any Uhaul issues you may have in the Billings MT area.”

“We were traveling through the area on a Saturday when our personal truck had mechanical issues. The store offered to stay open past the closing time to allow our taxi driver time to get us there. We rented a 1 ton 2024 Dodge Ram dually that was clean and able to pull our 16 foot trailer. Check in and out was a breeze!”
