My sympathies to any Verizon customers who are depending on this corporate store. I just wanted to buy a screen protector and there was a two-hour wait to talk with an associate.
Drove right across King to AT&T, walked in, picked out my own screen protector, and checked out within two minutes 🙌

My son has been having issues with his total wireless phone. Even though they do not normally deal with this type of issue, the gentleman was very helpful and patient while we tried to resolve the problem.
