Walmart Supercenter offers fresh groceries online with free pickup and, for Walmart+ members, free same day delivery with no mark-ups on the same low in-store prices. SNAP EBT cards are accepted. Customers can stock up on favorite items, shop organic produce with a Freshness Guarantee, and choose a convenient pickup time. Trained associates hand pick orders, and customers are notified when an order is ready. Using the app to check in ensures groceries are brought to and loaded into the car. However, some reviews indicate problems. The store can be overcrowded with a tight and confusing parking lot. While sometimes noted as clean, other feedback states it needs a good cleaning and better organization. A significant concern is inaccurate online inventory, with items shown in stock for months being unavailable in the store. Regarding staff, experiences vary; some employees are described as very nice, while others are seen as uncordial or rude. Customer dissatisfaction also extends to the Walmart+ membership, which some feel offers no benefit due to charges for shipping and the loss of perks like free Paramount Plus, making it not worth the fee. General price increases have led some to find better prices at competitors. The store is no longer open 24 hours, and issues like gift card expiration policies contribute to a sense that the customer is not prioritized. Despite these criticisms, the convenience of services like Express Pickup and free grocery pickup remains available.
I do not shop here often. If I do, the store is clean and generally well stocked and easy to find.
