They DO NOT EXCEPT CASH, as well as their Gas Station. For as busy as it is, they are always behind, act like chickens wither heads cut off, etc.. out of all departments, this is LEAST professional and organized. Thier food is what it is. You get what you pay for, no surprise there. And, you Have To Order at Kiosks, so forget it if you have any questions before you order.

“I will tell my family and friends about the vision center at Costco they were very helpful and super fast and I really needed an eye exam done because I haven't had glasses in over a month and I am very blind thank you guys for all the hard work??”
“Nice than Costco fuel for the simple fact that Sam's provides water and a scrubbing tool to clean your windows. They also provide paper towels to wipe the oil off the dip sticks when checking your oil. Such little conveniences separate then from Costco stations.”
“Typical costco gas station. Clean and efficient. I wish people would learn to be more patient and just wait for the first car to finish instead of going around it and throwing off the flow. 10cents cheaper ($3.89) off the area $3.99/ga.”
“I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy as somebody living with chronic health problems and picking up controlled substances often and having to struggle with pharmacies. Sam's Club pharmacy has stepped up and became my absolute favorite. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and will go out of their way to assist you getting your prescription. I've had issues with prescriptions for years and never had a pharmacist call my insurance on their own to figure out the issue and get me my prescription. Love the pharmacy technicians too. They absolutely are friendly. Willing to help me in any way I can. Half of them have already remembered my name and I've only been going there for a couple of months now. I would definitely say Sam's Club pharmacy is my favorite one in town hands down.”
“The new system they got to scan and go is nice. I do miss interacting with my cashiers. But when the cashier's lines are full it does make it more convenient”
“I really like Sam's Club because it's not too crowded, making it comfortable to shop, and they have a wider selection of products at lower prices compared to Costco.
Customer service is great.
The downside is that it might be farther away from my home than Costco, also At the exit door, sometimes it takes a long time to check the receipts.
I hope Sam's Club will consider relocating to a more convenient location, like King Ave W.

“Pretty much your everyday Costco (not in a bad way), with a gas station, kitchen, deli, furniture, clothing, electronics (TVs, computers, speakers, etc.), and the like. It's clean and well maintained, but keeps pretty busy. The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars are the long lines to check out, though the cashiers work hard and process the items faster than a formula race car!”
