“Huck & Finn are always excited to go to Happy Tails for their grooming appointments. I’ve tried many other groomers but they were never cut as asked or came back with mats still on their ears/tails but that’s never been an issue here. I’m not sure what products/technique they use but my boys have never felt as soft and fluffy as they do now.”

He loves the daycare staff and I love how much they love him. When he was showing some small behaviors I mentioned a few things that work at home and they did them! Not many daycare or boarding places will listen like that. Will keep coming back more and more because they care deeply about my most precious treasure. Love that I can trust them with him.”

“There's not much else that I despise being as much as being a last minute shopper. My baby kitty that I've had for 10 years was showing hairball distress and I called them as I was pulling into the parking lot 2 minutes before closing and the wonderful soul that was working ran to the back and got the hairball medicine as I was running into the store. No attitude for being there a breath before closing. She showed compassion and concern and wished me success with the treatment, and a better night.
