“Great credit union but when you try and call them, They have an AI bot that does the phone calls and it Totally sucks. You need a member number if you want to talk to an agent, which is hard to find in the app and on top of that half the time it doesn’t work. Great credit union just wish they had real people to answer the phone”

I can say without equivocation that every experience my mom and I had was characterized by the kind and pleasant manner in which all the employees greeted and treated us. My mom felt like a valued customer, known and welcomed by name at every visit. Her accounts were fairly small but she was never made to feel like a less than important customer.
