“Great credit union but when you try and call them, They have an AI bot that does the phone calls and it Totally sucks. You need a member number if you want to talk to an agent, which is hard to find in the app and on top of that half the time it doesn’t work. Great credit union just wish they had real people to answer the phone”

“I would give this place 100 stars if I could. After a fraudulent incident at my previous bank and having to unexpectedly close my account, I had to switch banks immediately and as quick as possible. After some research, I came upon Valley Credit and was drawn in by all the positive reviews. I came in at like 4:45PM (they close at 5:30PM) and was afraid they wouldn't have time to open me an account. They did and it was an amazing experience. Kerby made it a cake walk and explained everything so simply and had me on my way in like 20-30 minutes. Absolute angel that saved my very stressful day!”
