About Billion Express Lube

Billion Auto Group went for a synthetic oil change for a 2012 Sienna at a cost of $124.75. Service was standard, nothing over the top, and waited about 45mins. When a mistake led to a blown fuse, the Operations Director apologized, cut a check for the cost of the other mechanic and part, and restored faith in the business. The General Manager responded within one business day.

Stripped bolts out of 2 separate vehicles. Disorganized and zero accountability.

Louis was a great guy and got me in next day. Service was fast and done well.

I had to give them 1 star only because it wouldn’t let me post otherwise it would be negative. They need to change their name to slow lube cause there is nothing jiffy about it. 3 hour wait for simple oil change. Not ok. It doesn’t matter what time of day you get there it will be at least a two to three hour wait.
