After fixing this and placing air in the other tires they sent me on my way. I offered to pay and the6 did not charge me. The mechanic was named Alex and he was so sweet and nice to help me. “Had a wonderful experience here. My car broke down and ended up needing almost the whole front end replaced, but the shop we took it to couldn't do an alignment. A friend recommended Big O Tires, and I'm so glad they did! I called Big O Tires after our car was fixed and they got me in same day for an alignment, oil change and tire rotation. THEN 5 days later, I ended up with a flat. I called them, and again they got me in same day to patch my tire. Both experiences were great! The staff was polite, helpful and they charged me fairly! I will absolutely be going back in the future.”

Within one business day, he responded that the Operations Director would be contacting me to address my concerns. Within another two business days I spoke to the Operations Director who apologized for the mistake that led to blown fuse and cut me a check for the cost of the other mechanic for his time and the part. My faith has been restored in Billion Auto Group.”
