“The customer service friendliness, knowledgeability, and part availability was impressive enough it seemed worthy of a review. I haven't seen a Radio Shack since the corporation went under but learned some private parties have acquired the franchise. It certainly holds up to its original feel, but the new owner is so big into RC that half the store seems dedicated to such hobbies.”

“I had the best experience with Audio Artisans. They were prompt and professional. They helped me trouble shoot my high end stereo system, recommended I purchase a new pre amp as mine was not performing. Prior to me purchasing a new one, the tech took mine back to the shop and realized I just needed new tubes for my current pre amp. They were honest in telling me I could fix my current one for 1/10 of the price therefore saving me A bunch of money. It would’ve been easy for them to just order the new one and charge me for it. He came back and installed it and I’m back in business. I Would highly recommend this company.”
