“I had the best experience with Audio Artisans. They were prompt and professional. They helped me trouble shoot my high end stereo system, recommended I purchase a new pre amp as mine was not performing. Prior to me purchasing a new one, the tech took mine back to the shop and realized I just needed new tubes for my current pre amp. They were honest in telling me I could fix my current one for 1/10 of the price therefore saving me A bunch of money. It would’ve been easy for them to just order the new one and charge me for it.
