I've been at this bank for many years now and they are amazing. My only beef with them is that they charge u for a physical bank statement sent to u each month for ur statements. Everyone there I have been helped by is super friendly and personable.

I waited for quite a while being told that the teller would be with my shortly, she must have forgotten about me, I had to caller the teller again. She then acted like I did something incorrectly. Not the greatest customer service, will probably be going to a different location from now on.
