James at the Bozeman Main Street location helped my husband and me open our joint account today and he was super kind and helpful! He was very patient and went above and beyond to help us out. Hope we can work with him again in the future!

I waited for quite a while being told that the teller would be with my shortly, she must have forgotten about me, I had to caller the teller again. She then acted like I did something incorrectly. Not the greatest customer service, will probably be going to a different location from now on.
