We are visiting from out of town and had a flat tire. Les Schwab was the only shop to get us in right away and fixed it for free. Customer service was excellent! They just earned a future customer!

Didn't get any tires or any work done. I stopped to see if they would swap two of my semi Drive tires which they refused due to lack of tread. It is a bummer for me but I know it's a liability issue and I have a lot of respect for them and the standards they hold themselves to and don't compromise for a few extra bucks.
