Poorly managed. Line out the door into the parking lot and only 1 person working the desk. Was sure to be extremely nice to the clerk since it seemed like they were stressed and busy and they were still incredibly rude back.

Every time I come here it’s a half hour wait. The staff are rude uninviting. On top of all that, they charged me $10 to mail a letter last time
