“Great 15% off day sale on memorial Day! The man who helped me in the sporting goods department was extremely knowledgeable with with pocket and fixed blade knives. He suggested a great purchase for my son and we are very pleased. Great selection of tools and pet supplies as well. You can bring your dog in and they are very welcoming friendly folks. Sometimes as much as I shop there I should become a Walmart greeter prices on some of the stuff has been fairly decent I don't always make it about getting groceries , I like the seasonal stuff too , I think the paints and arts needs work....why they would lose out”

“Done my Christmas shopping at Ross Dress for Less, Great Falls, Montana. Friendly and welcoming staff. Just noticed that items on the clearance sections are not adjusted or price marked down. Seems that prices especially on Christmas season is going up. But anyway still love to go to this store to shop as we are not paying GST and it's still cheaper compare to what we are paying in Canada.”

I just wrapped up a week in Montana that required several trips to this Walmart Supercenter—and I’m convinced I stumbled into the Twilight Zone
Coming from out of state, I was braced for the usual Walmart experience: navigating aisles of shoppers in pajamas, waiting twenty minutes for someone to unlock a $4 mascara, and teying to catch employees who take off hastily the moment you make eye contact.
Not here. This store was a breath of fresh air:
There were Unlocked Cosmetics: I could actually pick up sunscreen and lotion without summoning a store-wide keyholder quest. What a concept!
Every shopper and employee was Dressed for Success: Zero pajama sightings. The shoppers and staff alike were fully present and fully dressed.
Service With Actual Smiles: The staff here are next-level friendly. I lost count of how many times employees dropped what they were doing to physically walk customers to the exact aisle they needed.
They had saint level Patience: I watched one associate patiently guide a slower-moving customer through a shopping list, and another handle an intense, multi-minute Q&A session about underwear options with absolute grace and dedication.
Every single thing on my list was in stock... except for a portable air conditioner. When I asked about AC units, a female staff member in sporting goods gave me a response crisp enough to cool down the whole room. But hey, one chilly interaction out of a dozen warm ones won't ruin the vibe!
If you need groceries, household goods, or just a reminder that friendly customer service still exists in the wild, this spot has you covered. Just don't ask sporting goods for an air conditioner!”
