The sales team is often described as a great, honest, and friendly team to work with. They are sympathetic and understanding, working hard to find a good deal and seeming to have the customer's best interest in mind. Salespeople can be quite friendly and helpful. However, experiences with pre-owned vehicles can vary. While a vehicle might look really nice, a customer recommends having a potential purchase checked by an outside mechanic. In one case, a truck required significant additional repairs shortly after purchase, including steering, suspension, and transmission work, leading to a much higher total cost. Despite such issues, some customers end up with a solid vehicle they hope will serve them well.

Easy to schedule & to drop off vehicle. Staff listens, and is helpful. Called when unexpected work needed done with a price quote. Pricing seems fair.
