“Talk about outstanding. They were honest during the whole process, took the time to actually find and address the issue. The thing that really spoke about their integrity is the price tag. I've had other places charge an arm and a leg for something simple that needed to be done in a shop but was relatively easy and affordable on their end. “I travel full-time towing my small travel trailer with my 2022 Toyota Tundra. I was still for an oil change and called City motor Express lube. They were able to book me for the day I would be spending here in Great falls. At no other time in my travels, was a Toyota dealer able to do an oil change for me without scheduling out one to two weeks. So, the express lube option is great. I wish more Toyota dealers would adopt this. Other brands have this sort of thing available at most of their dealers. In any event, my oil change went well, service was fast, and the attending service person was very friendly and helpful.”

“At the beginning of November 2024, I was passing through the city of Great Falls. I was driving a cargo van from South Carolina. I had an oil change done in another state a few days before arriving in Montana. Once I arrived, I noticed an oil leak.
At that time, a snowstorm was approaching, and many places were closed or operating with limited staff. In the few places where they could assist me, they tried to overcharge me—some even quoted up to $2,000—and told me I would have to leave the van for several days until the storm passed.
Honestly, I didn’t know what to do. I drove around the city until I found this place, 9th Street Lube, where I was assisted by Mr. David Miller. He was very kind to me. He said, “Let me take a look at your van,” and he discovered that oil had been spilled on top of the engine during the previous oil change, which was the reason for the apparent leak.
He was very honest. He treated me like a true business owner—with kindness and respect. He didn’t want to charge me anything for the inspection, despite my insistence on paying him for the check.
I had a long drive back to South Carolina, and I made it home safely.
When honesty is combined with excellent work, that’s where trust is built and customers are retained.
Mr. Miller, thank you for everything.”

Very happy with the work they do, and are willing to fix any problems that pop up and stand by their service. I noticed today while waiting for my car to get done, Chaz was going through records to find some information about the vehicle they worked on at different times and explained to the customer what was done by them. Good record keeping is important and helps because we as humans tend to lose things.”

“Stuck on Logging Creek Road with a truck camper and a very flat tire was a big “ah crap” moment. Fortunately, we had cell service and called Tire Rama. Nick and crew drove that gnarly road, put a new tire on our rim, and followed us the rest of the way down towards the campground. “Took my car in for an oil change. Everyone was super friendly. There was a small issue that happened during the oil change procedure. Jessup the service manager was involved and took really good care of the issue. I could tell these guys really care about customer service.
Also, was in there looking at a new CRV for my wife & sales was really helpful. Usually hate the process but we were allowed to explore our options and given the privacy to make a decision. Very respectful sales staff.
