Transmission Repair in Great Falls, MT

“Very honest and helpful. I’m not a very good at working on cars and have been taken advantage of by other mechanics. These guys have always been straight up with me and did a fantastic job every time I bring them something to work on. They will always have my business ??”

“Honestly, these guys impressed the hell out of me. I have a Ram 3500 with the lame ass 68rfe trans that was in desperate need of replacement. I finally made the decision to go with a Randy's stage 2 built transmission, and these guys are a Randy's Transmissions approved shop. I spoke with Tracer several times from April to May, got the transmission ordered, along with other parts like a new cooler and billet flexplate, etc. I let them know that I just needed it by Memorial Weekend. When the transmission showed up, I dropped my truck off, and these guys went above and beyond to get the truck done and ready for me, to the point of staying until 7pm on a day they aren't even open, regularly. I'm HIGHLY impressed with their work ethic and how they were able to make this happen when I had some last minute changes come up and needed my truck even sooner than they promised it would be done. They stepped up and made the seemingly impossible, and quite honestly the unrealistic timeline I changed to last minute, happen. For that I am grateful. Thanks guys!!! You freaking rock!!”

“Absolutely cannot recommend these guys enough! So helpful, friendly, family owned business. We went got standard in Great falls on our first day of our road trip they went above and beyond to get us back on the road! Would come back just to visit these guys again.”

“I brought my 07 Dodge diesel to Hugh’s thinking I just needed injectors and a CP3 pump. I was horribly wrong it actually needed a motor. Hugh and his team were impressive. They worked so hard to get my truck taken care of and get another motor for me and in the end after a lot of head scratching moments those boys earned every penny I paid. Thank you Hugh and the team for everything you put in to get my truck back on the road!! You have definitely earned a dedicated customer for all my needs!!! Let the shenanigans begin!! ?”

“I called close to closing to get my car transmission serviced and ended up doing the differential service as well.
Very happy with the work they do, and are willing to fix any problems that pop up and stand by their service. I noticed today while waiting for my car to get done, Chaz was going through records to find some information about the vehicle they worked on at different times and explained to the customer what was done by them. Good record keeping is important and helps because we as humans tend to lose things.”
