They strike that perfect balance of being there to answer questions without hovering too close. Home Depot also has the easiest way to pickup propane tanks - use the app or order inside at checkout. No need to wait around for someone to unlock anything, use the code (from app or checkout reciept) at the kiosk and pick up your propane outside.”
“Called to get an answer to a question about my furnace and the gentleman was very helpful. He took time to answer my questions and made me feel as if my 'diagnosis' of the situation was correct. I felt reaffirmed and in a good mood as I hung up. My furnace is on the blink and I found the blinking lights, determined what seems to be the problem and just wanted to know if turning it off was all that I needed to do right now. We laughed about how the furnace didn't care that the thermostat upstairs had been turned to off. It STILL came on as if to say...."No No I have a job to do." So, I went downstairs and turned it off.”
