“Now, I know downloading/uploading files is very basic and shouldn't be an issue. However, I was struggling to get all my documents off a cloud service. This was due to the internet package I have. It was taking days to upload my files. Several of which are large files. I decided the cloud was NOT a good option for me as a result. I contacted Montana Internet (My ISP) thinking they would tell me my only option was to spend more money and upgrade my internet package. Not so! They offered to assist. I took my laptop to them thinking they would simply talk to me to explain what I needed to do to resolve my issue. Again, not so! I worked with Lyndee in their Tech Services Department. With my permission, she kept my laptop and worked on it for 2 days. She was great to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. She was able to dump all the files from the cloud to my local hard drive AND made a back of all files to my external drive. I know she worked after hours into the evening. There was success in this endeavor. I highly recommend Montana Internet and their staff. They are GREAT!!!!!”
