“Great experience! Only one person working with several people, they are clearly short-handed but you honestly would never know it from the level of service.
She introduced herself as the new manager, and she was fantastic. She was friendly, upbeat, and incredibly helpful. She was taking care of 4-5 people at once, smoothly moving between everyone, answering questions, solving problems, and all the while somehow keeping a smile on her face.
She was absolutely on the ball and made sure no one felt ignored or forgotten. It’s rare to see someone handle a busy store with that much patience, energy, and professionalism. This place is doing it right.”
