We were switching from ATT to Verizon. After 5 frustrating hours on the phone between Verizon and ATT, we stopped in the Helena office on Montana where we were greeted by Reese. He encountered problems never experienced before, persevered and got our phones up and running! He was great! Definitely asset to Verizon!
