“As I've shared in the past, reviews are subjective and usually based upon your personal experience and understanding of what to expect. That being said, my experience at Pierce Manufacturing has always been excellent and I understand that materials, labor, parts, aftermarket installations etc. are all expensive. Business owners don't control inflationary costs and labor/overhead costs are not cheap. Rick is very customer service focused and you'll know right up front what to expect, including the cost. I've had Rick and his team install several aftermarket products for me on my F350 and I have never been disappointed! Despite the reviews that others have posted, I highly recommend Pierce Manufacturing. Great customer service, quality of work and after installation support. All very good!”

“Had a fantastic experience! The gal at the front desk was so sweet and does an amazing job! Courtni was my estimate specialist and she kept me involved the entire time so I knew what was happening. But biggest shout out to the guy (I forgot his name) that shuttles customers and does the detailing/handy work. He drove me initially to my rental in Whitefish, he helped me get all my things and waited for me to get my rental - and then when I came to get my vehicle after it was all fixed, it wouldn't start. I went for a new battery and he installed it for me. He was so incredibly kind and went above and beyond what customer service looks like. Fantastic team work! Also shout out to the body shop guys too.. my vehicle looks brand new. If I could give 20 stars I would.”
